I adore cheese. I could eat cheese all year, every month, every day. When I was in London I visited Cheese & Chocolate festival, all day I ate cheese with bread and wine and in the evening felt sick…(Chocolate festival is another story.)
So one day I was thinking what should I have for lunch and then I decided I will make this treasure.
2 cups of flour
50 g of butter
1/2 cup of water
pinch of salt
Mix these ingredients in a bowl.
When it has solid structure, sprinkle table with flour, put your dough onto it and play the squeezing game until it is smooth.
Then comes rolling.
When rolling is done, put your sweetiee on and cover it with a layer of jam. I used blueberry one but you can use whatever you like.
Cover your treasure in nice chest.
Put it into the oven and leave it for 30 minutes on 170°C. After 15 minutes spread dough with egg.
Here comes the lovely one. I served it with Chinese cabbage.
OK, now it´s time to open your treasure. Mmmmm….
Sit down, close your eyes and feel the taste of melted cheese.
I am in seventh heaven now.
